Reconditioning of the IBCs This is done by chemically cleaning the inner bladder, cleaning the pallets and cranes, drying them, and then finally testing them for leak tightness. Chemically cleaned IBCs have the same capabilities and options as new IBCs but can no longer be used for foodstuffs.
